Antasena Store is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance of the terms, conditions, and notices contained here. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Privacy in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

2. Who We Are

Antasena Store is operated by Antasena ITS Team, a student racing team at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS). Proceeds from merchandise sold here support the team's activities.

3. Changes to the Site and These Terms

We may change, update, or discontinue the site, its content, or these Terms & Privacy at any time without prior notice. Prices are subject to change; if a listed price is a mistake, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order before it's confirmed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.

4. Copyrights

This site, and all content on it — including the Antasena name, logo, and product photography — is owned by Antasena ITS Team and protected by Indonesian and international copyright law. Nothing on this site may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without our prior written permission.

5. Product Descriptions

We try to display product photos, sizing, and colors as accurately as possible, but actual color can vary slightly depending on your screen. Stock and pricing shown on the site are current at the time of viewing but aren't guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

6. Ordering & Payment

Orders can be placed as a guest or while signed in. Payment is made either by manual bank transfer / QRIS with uploaded proof of payment, or through Midtrans (card, GoPay, bank virtual account). An order is only confirmed once payment has been verified — orders left unpaid past their stated window are automatically cancelled and don't guarantee stock.

7. Pickup

We currently don't offer shipping or delivery — every order is collected in person at Antasena Store, Departemen Teknik Material & Metalurgi, Kampus ITS Sukolilo, Keputih, Surabaya, Jawa Timur 60111. You'll be notified once your order is ready for pickup.

8. Exchanges & Refunds

All sales are final — we do not offer money-back refunds. Please check your item on the spot when you collect it at pickup:

• Wrong size — we're happy to exchange for a different size, subject to availability, as long as it's raised at the time of pickup.

• Defects — please inspect the item before you leave. A manufacturing defect found and reported at pickup will be exchanged for a replacement, subject to availability.

Once you've left with your item, we're no longer able to exchange it, so please check it thoroughly before you go.

9. Privacy Policy

Your information is safe with us. We only collect what's needed to process and hand over your order — name, phone number, email, and (for the manual payment flow) your proof-of-payment upload. We never sell or share this information with third parties, other than the payment processors (a bank, or Midtrans) needed to complete your payment. We use your email to send order confirmations and payment-status updates only.

10. Disclaimer

Antasena Store is run by a student team, not a commercial retailer. We do our best to keep the site accurate and orders running smoothly, but we don't guarantee the site will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms & Privacy are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
